Jaime is a Holistic Menstrual Coach, Fertility Awareness Method Educator, and Womb Yoga Teacher. She enjoys coaching women on how to live in sync with their menstrual cycle for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. She educates women on how to read their body signs as a way of managing their reproductive health and fertility naturally (for contraception or conception).  

Jaime works with women through online courses, one-to-one coaching via zoom and in-person workshops on Koh Phangan, Thailand.

Menstrual Magic uncovers the female reproductive anatomy & biochemistry; unravels the programming & conditioning that disempowers & disconnects us; explores a daily mindfulness practice called Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA). 


The course educates how to organise your social life, work tasks, exercise routine & diet to optimise each phase in the cycle.

Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Training is for all woman in any stage of her life cycle. This training provides a complete solution for women’s reproductive health backed by decades of research.

Womb yoga is a practice designed for the female body. Through gentle movement, pranayama, mudras, meditation & touch, womb yoga offers an opportunity to tune into the female power centers, connecting us deeply with our bodies and mother earth. 

Womb yoga is accessible to all women no matter what phase of life you’re in. The practices can be adapted whether you’re menstruating, ovulating, pregnant, post natal or menopausal. The practice is also inclusive for those without a physical womb as we work with the energetics of the womb space.
